What happens after I send an enquiry?
Rob will call you back on the number you give to talk through what you need and, where it helps, arrange a visit to look at the property before quoting.
Do you cover my area?
RR Security is based in Andover and works across Hampshire and the South of England. If you are unsure, send the form with your postcode and we will let you know.
Can I see my cameras on my phone?
Most modern CCTV systems can be viewed live and played back from a phone app. If remote viewing matters to you, mention it and the system will be specified with that in mind.
Wired or wireless alarm?
Both have their place. Wired systems suit new builds and renovations where cables can be hidden. Wireless systems are quicker to fit in finished homes with minimal disruption. You will get a recommendation based on the property.
Can you fix poor WiFi in part of the house?
Usually, yes. Dead spots are normally solved with properly placed access points or a cabled connection to the far end of the property, rather than another plug-in booster.
Do you work for businesses as well as homes?
Yes. Shops, offices, workshops and yards all need the same core systems, often with more cameras, alarm zones and door access points.
